As a family, we love breakfast foods; we love brunch we love breakfast for dinner! These are just some of our favorite foods. I’ve made french toast often, but this Father’s Day was my first attempt at making french toast with homemade bread. Let’s just say, I honestly felt like it was Kneader’s-quality french toast. It was so good! What better way to celebrate the incredible dad that Kurt is, than with a delicious breakfast in bed.

I just wanted to share some additional info about the bread recipe I follow. One of my best friends in the whole world introduced me to this incredible recipe for homemade bread, from Amber’s Kitchen! I’m linking her post for the recipe below. She has a whole highlight on Instagram for how to make bread if you want some step-by-step guidance. The only thing I do differently, is I use instant yeast and replace 1 cup of white flour with 1 cup of whole wheat flour.
One last tip for taking this recipe to the next level is to make the Kneaders Bakery & Cafe Famous Caramel Syrup to serve with your delicious french toast. This syrup is absolutely mouth watering! I hope you’ll give this one a try and that you’ll love it as much as we did!
Sincerely,
