My whole life I have loved blondies. I don’t know if it’s the buttery taste or the brown sugar goodness, probably that exact combination, but they’re incredible! We just got a set of ramekins from Amazon, that were begging to be used, and making blondies in them, topped with ice cream, seemed like the best idea.
Every week we like to have a night dedicated to time together as a family. We usually have a lesson, an activity, and a dessert. Dolly was in charge of the dessert and after about 30 minutes of pouring through different desserts she decided she wanted to help make blondies for the treat. We looked up different recipes and put together the best combination. Then we decided to make it fancy, because Dolly is all about that, and make them in ramekins served with ice cream.
After enjoying this delicious dessert together, we decided we would improve upon it and make it again for our guests (my parents) who came to visit for Memorial Day weekend. We made it again, and it was even better! So here is the recipe!

- 3 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 c white chocolate chips

- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla into the dry ingredients.
- Once combined, gently mix in the chocolate chips.
- Evenly divide the mixture between the 10 ramekins.

- Once the blondies have cooled for a few minutes (maybe 5-10 minutes), top with ice cream and serve.
Notes
These were such a delicious dessert! Also, making them in ramekins was so simple, but made them seem a little fancier. It made serving them a breeze too! Our first time using ramekins was a success! This was such a good way to make a yummy dessert into something a little more special. If you try it out you’ll have to let me know if it was a hit!
Sincerely,
