Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza– We love this card game! It’s easy to learn and leads to lots of laughs.
SKYJO– Another fun card game you can play with just two. We just got this one and even kids can play easily.
Set– We’ve had this card game for years, and it’s such a good one for two.
Escape Room in a Box– These look so fun. The Exit brand has a ton of different ones. This would make for an awesome date night at home!
Murder Mystery Puzzle Book– Another unique way to play and strategize together.
Rememory– This card game looks like a great way to stroll down memory lane together.
For Foodies
Make your own chocolate truffles kit– As food lovers, this just seems like a cool kit. It would be such a tastey way to spend a date night!
Homemade Mushroom Ravioli Kit– Again, it would be awesome to learn how to make ravioli, and I’m sure would taste so good!
Fondu set– We love making chocolate and cheese Fondu pots, for a romantic and yummy, at-home date night.
The Complete Cooking for Two Cookbook– This cookbook has outstanding reviews. It would be so fun to slowly go through and make fancy meals together.
Charcuterie board– This is a gift that would just keep giving. We make cheese boards, and charcuterie boards for at-home date nights all the time. We combine it with a movie or show for an easy, and delicious night.
Romantic Couples’ Gifts
Picnic basket– We got a picnic basket last year, and have used to probably 30+ times. We’ve done romantic, date night picnics, and lots of picnics as a family. This is another gift that would get a lot of use!
Massage oils + soy candles– Massages by candlelight, such a perfectly romantic, relaxing, and enjoyable date night.
Breakfast in bed tray– We use ours for birthdays and Mother’s Day and Father’s day/other times that we want to celebrate each other with a special breakfast in bed.
Paint together kit– Learning and working on a painting together would be another fun date night.
Faux fur throw– I bought these for a Valentine’s Day gift about 5 years ago, and these are still our favorites to cuddle under to watch movies or read books.
Weighted blanket– We got the most incredible 2-in-1 Summer and Winter Weighted Blanket from Hush; we love it! Here’s a cheaper option if you’re looking for something more basic.
Picture frames– Something as simple as printing and displaying meaningful photos of the two of you can still be really special.
Jewelry dish– Kurt got me a dish for jewelry several years ago and I love it, because it’s something I use every day, and he picked it out for me!
Hydrating face mask– Grab a couple of these for a spa night together. Treating yourself is the best!
Great Books for Couples
The 5 Love Languages- I’m sure everyone knows about this book already, but it’s such a good one for truly understanding that everyone feels love and shows love differently. It’s so helpful for identifying how each of you in a relationship express love and what makes you feel loved.
The Big Activity Book for Couples– This one has so many good reviews! It’s full of games, puzzles, quizzes, and activities for couples. Plus it’s only $7!
The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work– Again, another one with thousands of 5-star reviews. It seems to be a good one, and would probably be worth $7!
The Bucket List– This book looks amazing!! I definitely want it! 1,000 Adventures Big and Small.
For Adventurous Couples
The Adventure Challenge– They have several different adventure books for couples, families, and friends. All of them look so fun! You scratch off for a unique date or activity, then head out on an adventure. Afterwards, you can include a picture and notes on how it went.
Off the Beaten Path Book– For all the wanderlusting souls, this book just seems magical!
